How long does delivery take?
Depends on which country you live. And US, UK, JP can be quickly, about 3-5 days. But the time for other countries will be longer, in the range of 3-15 days.

How will my delivery be shipped?
We concern about the delivery time, we will choose the best shipping ways for you according to your location, and we promise you can get the products in 3-15 days.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. So please leave the right place information for us. If this problem is happening, please contact us quickly, we can talk about what is going on and how to fix it.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
Provide the best service for you is our goal, we try to avoid this mistake happen. If this truly happens, please feel free to contact us quickly, we will give you the best answer.
Re-Shipping an order
If an order is returned to us because of customer error, such as providing an incorrect address or ordering the wrong product, we need to charge a specific fee(according to the order) to reship the item to you. But, if an order is returned to us because of any error on our end, we will not charge the fee.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Once shipped, your order may arrive anywhere between 2 and 9 business days, depending on the shipping speed chosen during checkout and the shipping location for the order. We do our best to process orders as quickly as we can, but unfortunately cannot control the time the carrier takes once the order is released to them.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course, CHIPHY welcomes all customers around the world. But we will charge $30 as a shipping fee for the area that out of the USA.
Do you offer a free shipping service?
The free shipping service just for the US, if the address is not in the US, we will charge $30 as a shipping fee.
What should I do if I need to change the delivery address of an order?
We will make the change if notified on time. However, please note that once an order is processed and sent to the warehouse we cannot change the address. Please leave the right address carefully, that is important.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since get the product(order finish), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, make sure it hasn’t been damaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you sure the item can get the qulification of return, please email us at [email protected] for the first time, and provide us your order information and proof of purchase to check. Then we will give you the specific warehouse address(different countries will be different), you need to send the item to our warehouse, and use the email([email protected]) to tell us the details of this return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The whole process(including the return shipping days, check the goods, make the refunds) means you will get the refund in 3-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged(such as the spring or fittings get lost during the shipping, bulb can not light up or work well and etc). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
